Terms of Service — Never Mind Bro

By accessing or using Never Mind Bro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have permission from a parent/guardian.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for your account activity.
• Keep your login secure and do not share it.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

4. Your content and our permission to host it

You own the content you create. By posting content, you give Never Mind Bro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content only to operate, improve, and promote the service (for example: showing posts to users, displaying content in feeds, backups, and moderation review).

5. Rules (what you must not do)

You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten, or encourage violence
• post hateful or discriminatory content
• post sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
• share private personal information (doxxing)
• scam, phish, spam, or manipulate engagement
• upload illegal content or violate any laws
• attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines. We may also cooperate with lawful requests and investigations.

7. Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party services (e.g., Google Sign-In, media hosting). Those services may have their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Never Mind Bro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, enforce rules, or comply with law.
