Never Mind Bro (“Never Mind Bro”, “we”, “us”) is a social platform where users can post questions, answers, comments/replies, follow people, and chat.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

A) Account & profile information
When you create an account or update your profile, we may collect:
- name, username, email
- login credentials (password stored in a protected form)
- profile details you choose to add (bio/about)
- profile photo
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your verified email and name) needed to create/login to your account.
B) Content you create and actions you take
We collect the content and activity you generate on the platform, such as:
- questions, answers, comments, replies
- likes, follows, blocks, and reports
- messages you send in chats (direct or group)
C) Images and media
If you upload images, we store them using a media hosting provider (for example Cloudinary) and keep references (URLs/IDs) so the app can display them.
D) Technical and log data
For security and reliability, we may collect:
- IP address (approximate)
- browser/app information
- timestamps and basic logs (e.g., sign-in, errors)
- cookies or local storage for login/session functionality (web)
4. How we use your information
- operate the service (accounts, login, feeds, chats, notifications)
- personalize the experience (privacy settings like private accounts)
- protect users and the platform (moderation, reports, blocks, anti-spam/fraud)
- communicate with you (verification, password reset, support replies)

A) With other users
Your profile (as you set it) and the content you post can be visible to others depending on your privacy settings and what you publish.
B) With service providers
We use trusted providers to run the app (hosting, email delivery, media hosting, analytics/security tooling). They process data only to provide services to us.
C) For legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, or if needed to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies / local storage (Web)
We may use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to support basic site features.

We keep data only as long as needed for providing the service, maintaining safety/security, and complying with legal obligations.
Account deletion
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data where possible. However, we may retain limited information for legal compliance, security/fraud prevention, enforcing rules, and backups (which expire on a normal cycle).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You will be able to access or correct your information, request deletion, or request a copy (export) where applicable. You can update many profile settings inside the app.
10. Children
Never Mind Bro is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
