1) Zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM
Never Mind Bro has a zero tolerance policy for any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors. This includes text, images, usernames, profiles, links, or any attempt to solicit or groom minors.
2) Reporting & in-app safety tools
Users can report content and accounts directly in the app. Reports are used to identify abusive behavior and enforce our rules.
- Report posts, comments, messages, or profiles that violate safety rules
- Block accounts to stop unwanted interactions
- We review reports and take action, including content removal and account bans
3) Enforcement actions
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate our policies. Severe violations involving child safety can result in immediate permanent bans.
4) Handling illegal content (CSAM)
If we become aware of content that may be CSAM or related child exploitation content, we take immediate steps to remove it from the service and may preserve relevant information as required to comply with applicable laws and support investigations. We may report to appropriate authorities and/or relevant hotlines where legally required.
